With the help of the Red Agency, Lurpak wanted to create a magical and intimate Christmas In July dinner for 45 stakeholders, media and influencers.
A bespoke menu was created by our Head Chef Diego Rosales, using Lurpak Butter as the hero ingredient. The Christmas inspired menu consisted of the following:
Marinated chargrilled quail cooked in butter, mix grains, pomegranate, baby cos, burnt butter sauce (gf)
Honey butter beer glazed ham, roasted butter chat potatoes, Brussel sprouts, braised shallots in butter (gf)
Bread & butter pudding, crème anglaise
Hot Buttered Rum cocktails created by our mixologist were served to the guests throughout the evening.
Sarah Todd, previous MasterChef contestant and celebrity chef, talked the guests through how each dish was created using butter as the hero ingredient. She also demonstrated how to create nut butter brussel sprouts and compound butter to the guests.
The evening also featured carollers and a surprise visit from Santa.
